After so many bad experiences with other dentists, I am so happy I found Dr. Tudor, and he has been my dentist since 2019.My first appointment was for root canal, and after we dealt with that, he did more extensive work on me. He was very good in explaining what would suit me best, very accommodating and very professional. He literally put a smile back on my face after almost 20 years.

Terrible Experience: Aggressive Scaling, No Check-Up, Unprofessional** I had a very disappointing visit at this clinic using a Groupon deal that included a **check-up, consultation, and scaling/polishing**. However: - **No examination or check up was done**—just rushed, aggressive scaling. - The scaling was **painful* not gentle at all. - When I asked for an **invoice** for my health insurance. the dentist REFUSED and told me to ask Groupon instead—extremely unprofessional. - Only after I requested their email to **file a complaint** (with the Dental Council & Revenue) did they suddenly call me after 2 hours and email me an invoice. No apology. Nothing.. This clinic clearly DOES NOT CARE about patient comfort or proper procedure. I would **never recommend** them—**avoid** if you want professional, pain-free dental care/ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
