From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm, welcoming, and very professional. The clinic is clean, modern, and has a really relaxing atmosphere, which made me feel at ease right away. The entire team was very friendly and helpful, and they always managed to find time for me whenever I needed an appointment, which I really appreciated. I especially want to mention Dr. Roxana, who was absolutely wonderful — kind, gentle, and very patient. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. You can truly feel that they care about their patients, not just the treatment but the whole experience. I left feeling well taken care of and much more confident.
